I am settled into my new home and one of the first things I did – okay – wait – that is a total lie! I am not settled into my new home. I’m living out of boxes and sleeping on an air mattress! Anyway, one of the first things I did was go to my new library and check out a handful of YAs. I have not had much time to read lately. In fact, it took me over a week to read the middle grade novel THE NOONDAY FRIENDS by Mary Stolz. I’m going to digress here a bit from the title of this post and write about that too.
