I’m sure you’ve all been missing my regular scintillating blog posts, haven’t you? Well, first I got hacked and that took a while to sort out. Luckily, the wonderful writer and my dear friend, Eileen Cook, has an equally outstanding husband who is a tech geek wizard and he sorted it all out for me. Then we decided it would be beneficial to everyone if I switched over to his server. So that put the site out of commission for a while. I mean, it was up, but I couldn’t update it.

But now I’m back. Sort of. I’m here to say I’m going to be taking a web break for a while. Maybe even for a month or so. Maybe not. If I have news, I’m sure I’ll want to share it with you. But I feel like the internet side and business side of writing is interfering more than helping me at this time, so I’ve signed out of Twitter, you won’t see me on Facebook, and I’ll only blog here if I have something worth sharing.

But please, feel free to stay in touch via email. And leave comments! I love comments. And if you have a treadmill desk, I’d love it if you’d email me a photo of it (or you on it) because eventually, I want to have a section of photos of all the Treadhead recruits Arthur Slade and I have convinced to join us. We recently had our article published in the SCBWI bulletin, and then sold reprints to the Canada Writer’s Union. This is the pic of me that will be in the magazine.
