I’m hoping you all will celebrate the release of my debut YA novel, Restoring Harmony with me and to show you how thankful I am for your support, I’m going to make it fun! There will be several contests and giveaways. And here are a few rules guidelines for playing.
1. All contests are open to US or Canadian residents only (sorry everyone else, but postage is a killer!). There might have to be an exception or a subbed prize, due to customs, and I’ll mention that if it applies.
2. Every comment left on the blog (except spam, of course) between May 1st and May 18th, 2010 will give the commenter one entry into the grand prize (there will be other ways to get extra entries). Limited to one comment per person per day (I mean, you can leave as many comments as you want, but you’re only getting one entry per day whether you comment once or fifty-seven times). The prizes are most excellent, but try to play fair!
3. There will be three special contests. Each one starts on Monday and ends the following Saturday at midnight PST. Each contest has its own prize and also earns you an extra entry into the Grand Prize.
4. I will be giving away bonus prizes just because I feel like it!
5. As you travel around to other blogs, the host may be giving away my book or some other prize. However they set it up is entirely up to them and these rules don’t apply.
6. I reserve the right to change any of the rules or sub prizes because well…it’s my blog! And it’s not like I’m a professional contest holder or anything, so I might find that something’s not working and I want to change it.
