I don’t really blog that much anymore, but I thought it was time, lest you think I’d disappeared. In a way, I kind of have. I don’t think I can really say why yet, but let’s just say that I might’ve recently received 85 Canadian middle grade novels which I might be in the process of reading by April. Let’s also say that I’m not insane, and that it’s part of volunteering for my new country, as the judge at our citizenship swearing in ceremony suggested we do. Also, you know, there might be the added bonus of FREE BOOKS!

Speaking of free books, my pal and fellow writer, Eileen Cook has a new YA novel coming out tomorrow, and to celebrate, she’s giving away a copy of it. Below is the entry information that I just lifted right from her website, yeah…copyright violation, I know. But she loves me and she understands I’m too busy reading MG to actually write my own post, so I doubt she’ll sue. So from Eileen, directly:

“Compelling combination of twisty mystery and realistic romance.”
